We deliver accredited QCTO Occupational Certificates (Retail Supervisor, Service Station Attendant, Visual Merchandiser, Sales Assistant, Retail Store Manager, Automotive Sales Advisor, Office Administrator) and SETA-registered National Certificates (Wholesale & Retail, Automotive Manufacturing & Assembly, Automotive Components, Automotive Sales & Support, New Venture Creation, Furniture Making: Wood), as well as the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme.
We conduct our learnerships and qualifications either through on-site, face-to-face training or blended learning, tailored to your workplace requirements across South Africa.
BPC HR Solutions is fully QCTO and SETA accredited, strictly aligned with W&RSETA, merSETA, Services Seta, and FP&M SETA. We are also part of a Consortium of Training Providers to cater for a broader spectrum of training needs.
Our training is strictly aligned to B-BBEE guidelines and the BEE Codes of Good Conduct. Implementing these learnerships allows organisations to upskill their workforce whilst gaining maximum B-BBEE Skills Development points.
